This is a bugfix release that was done because some clients where having performance issues with the 2.0.2 and 2.0.1 releases.
In those releases, the handling of image caching was changed to fix a bug
in Silva where images were not scaled correctly in Kupu.
Although Silva respects the If-Modified-Since http headers, and does not send files when it's not needed, it does send the file the first time a client requests it, and this cannot be cached through proxies, because the no-cache header was set, which should be respected by all intermediate proxy servers.
This release reverts the image caching back to the old way (pre 2.0.1), which means
the image scaling problem in Kupu is back, although we now have some other ideas how we can fix this.
